Through a combination of meditation, yoga, and developing the body awareness, you will learn to develop a greater sense of inner peace, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. This 8 weeks program includes 8 sessions (2.5 hours each), one day retreat - A Day of Mindfulness - full immersion into practice, amazing materials (a printed workbook) and unlimited access to the meditation app for an ongoing practice.
