We provide individual counselling sessions for adults and young people online and face to face. Our approach is very much person-centred, neuro-affirming, trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ friendly, very warm and empathic. Through eclectic combination of Mindfulness based therapies utilised from MBSR, MBCT , ACT and DBT frameworks), CBT, Solution Focused approach, Strength-Based, Parts informed work from IFS, Nature-based Eco therapy interventions and motivational interviewing we aim to create a specially crafted for each client unique and holistic treatment approach. We are dedicated to meeting you wherever you are emotionally at this point of time, supporting you on this journey and facilitating the experience of personal growth and emotional healing.
